RE:Surprise!!!!! $ NewsI am showing zero shares traded today, and less than 200k shares traded yesterday.  Unlike the bad news, clearly this news did not leak early.  Let's see if this deal gets closed and can anyone explain the value of the deal...what is the value of Mohave?  do they own shares of PEC?  I know that PEC was a spin off of Mohave but know little else.
