RE:INSIDER SELLING/BUYING TRANSACTIONSPreviously it has been mentioned that the VP of Finance has sold.  I think you asked why?  Well if you look at the guys history, you will see that he exercises his options (at low prices) and immediately sells the same day.  What that tells you is that he is using his stock options to supplement his income.  No shame in doing that.  Now that Q4 is released I think you will see a few insider buying since the restriction on them will be lifted.
