The pay out ratio is high but there is significant income on the way to help out with that. Also I got in before the release because I had a felling that the President steping down before it happened was a good sign. I feel If they had to cut the Dividend or could not support it He would have been the one to deliver the last of the bad news before stepping down. Look back in a year from now and I feel you'll find that since he left everything is going to turn around very well. Plus you get 11% to wait.
