It would be great for share price if Glencore or someone took a run at it on the open market but I don't think that to be probable. With such a low float and 22% insider holdings it would be tough to accumulate any significant holding without buying the price up. Plus if you read the cooperation agreement it outlines the potential joint venture which allows Glencore to purchase 12 million shares about 8% of the company at 19 cents in the first year and 26 cents in the following. So if that is Glencores gift for doing this deal than its pretty tough to go wrong buying now at 11.5 cents. How often can you get in cheaper than the big boys doing the deal?
