Melnyk Not Helping the Cause

Melnyk Not Helping the Cause"Trimel Pharmaceuticals Corp. shareholder Eugene Melnyk has filed a notice of intention to sell two million Trimel shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the March 10, 2014, notice, Mr. Melnyk plans to sell the shares privately or through the TSX starting on March 17, 2014. Mr. Melnyk owns 39,110,783 Trimel shares."  This is a nice round number that represents approximately 5% of Melnyk's remaining holding.

If this was known before it was filed last night it could account for some of the drag on the stock lately although the markets in general are in a negative mode these days.  This sale will put Ian (First Capital) in the lead as the largest Trimel shareholder, perhaps placating both Bay & Wall Street investors who do not apppreciate Melnyk's involvement.

Does anyone know if Melynk's most recent sale of 550,000 shares were sold privately or through the TSX and at what price?  I was not around when that went through.
