RE:RE:RE:UpdateCash at Dec 2012 was at the high but maybe cash at Dec 2013 wasn't so good - we'll see when the financials are released.  If the report wasn't delayed for so long this never would have been an issue - CIF would still be involved funnelling money to WAI when needed.
