It has been a long time!Hello , all!
It has been a while since I last posted on Stockhouse, but I have been following Ximen since it was about $ .25 - $ .30. I finally bought in @ $.50 because I liked the numbers --- both current soil samples and historical drillings. This play reminds me of the old Sidney/West Timmins/Lake Shore days. Those were trying times, lower Gold price, and yet with all the splits/mergers/share issues, some of us made a lot of $$$ on that. The key was to be patient.
It has been mentioned that the area was mined out by old timers who mined for high-grade and moved on. I say, how much was left behind? With modern technology, a lot can be recovered and new can be discovered. This same type of senario is currently being played out in the old 1849 Gold discovery in California.
That said, I am currently still buying. But I also keep a wary eye on price, volume, and direction. Remember, Ximen has a very small float and huge swings are normal. You have to have nerves of steel as the "down" gaps will scare the wits out of you --- (and your positions). Our friend is the trend of Gold, today.
I wish all of you success , both longs and shorts. Both will make money with huge price swings in trading.
As Always, Best of Luck.
