What is going on

What is going onDoes anyone knows what's going on with APP and with APP stock price. Down at 0,085$...an anonymous person selling few hundred thousands?!?
Do they have enough cash to start production?
Are they able to reach production in the same time frame without Mr Morel?
So much questions... and too few information to shareholders.
