I would think CIF would have had knowledge of the drilling results and a good idea of the resource estimate before this formal report.  If it was great why would they walk away?  If it was average maybe they would be spread too thin after heavy investment with Bellzone.  I dont think it is terrible because CIF wouldnt have invested in WAI in the first place.

I am wondering if CIF walked away or maybe were intentionally stalled so WAI could try and find a better deal.  I think Jorge was brought in for his Middle East connections.  Rio Tinto keeps saying they will develop their property but they want someone else to help or pick up the tab for the 20 billion in infrastructure needed.  Could that be Middle East money?  Chinese money?
