I thought BB wasn't long enough for take off which is why Porter was seeking the extension? But since FTV1 is and won't be totally loaded it might be able/allowed to land and take off.

Any experts out there who are familiar with the rules your input would be greatly appreciated. I am glad that it is going on a mini tour of airports great publicity and exposure.
