hat exactly does this mean? it has never been explained as far as i have seen. with shafter shut down, thus no offtake sales to orion,does this mean the loan is now secured with la negra? if so,could orion call the loan at anytime? i don't think aun could pay up so would orion then take control of la negra?

just asking as i think this is something shareholders have a right to know. now'not when it is too late to decide what to do.
