RE:POET anticipates completion of the 100-nm milestone

Geoff Taylor has been quoted that he expects formal market presentations(deals) not to be made till summer when a better idea what the potential (price) is established I do not recall reading that quote? Where did it come from? The current TDKs that are being worked on with the assistance of the PDAs are associated with optoelectronic integration and this side does not require shrink as optics operate at higher nodes. The 100nm project is associated with silicon CMOS replacement. Those PDKs are not expected until Q3.
