High FidelityOrtsbo takes a base translation and improves it. Ortsbo used to use the best source for a particular language. For example bing might translate spanish better than google, so they would use the better one for a source. In 2011 they were using 3 or more services, I don't know where that evolved to.
SAAS was one of the first to develop machine learning that asks you how you thought the translation was they provided you. You can make suggestions and when enough "issues" are discovered with a particular word or phrase humans step in and decide whether or not to change the translation program.
In english alone, one word can have many meanings depending on in what context it is used in, in other words, what you are discussing or talking about. The people at Ortsbo/SAAS technologies have worked very hard on providing the best translation possible and can now "fine tune" it for each company wishing to use it for customer support where one mistake can result in the loss of a customer.
