same ceo n coo n cio in 2 diferent companoessvlc is my biggest position but i am having concern about the management being involved with goldsource too. fier. dever. megbusoon all have senior management position in svlc and in goldsource. how can one person be coo of both companies and manage their duties to us shareholder in full capacity?. if it jus me or others are there too questioning the management position in regards to their dual position.
does anyone know about this and have you talked to any person in the company in regards to this matter? if yes, please do share with us what they said.
I did email fred and hope to hear from them soon. same ceo, same cio, same coo , i hope silvercrest is not paying all the bills to manage the goldsource sg&a.
also is it legally allowed to do this? i hold the svlc management in high regards and they have done a great job but i think they need to have a focus mind, if svlc is to become a bigger n better company.
holding for a long term but this is a major issue we all should have a discussion on.
