Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What am I missing? You are welcome.  For what it's worth, I own a few shares of WG.  Check the stockhouse WG thread if you haven't done so already.  Read Lawrence Roulston's newsletter and the 2 SA articles.

The tsx letter that someone wrongfully disclosed publicly was interesting reading. It is still out there on the web for those who choose to look for it. Also the way the resource estimate was improperly conveyed is a red flag for me. Too bad they had to pay off that Waterton loan by selling off Wellgreen stock at 40 cents. If they did not have to sell pcy would be sitting higher than 8 cents as Wellgreen has more than doubled since the disposition. The Wellgreen leverage made this stock more interesting and buffered the strong associated speculative risk element. You are more than fair in referring to this play as a "long shot". Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. The irony is that after my research  Wellgreen Platinum looks like a far better buy in view of the size and Nav of their poly metallic resource.
