The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The executives here need to be shown the doorI'm a recent investor and can understand how long term investors are upset that the stock price is lower than it was 3 years ago. That's not really relevant to whether the stock is a good investment at the current price though. Early investors were too optimistic and current investors are too pessimistic. Management doesn't control that. The whole sector is out of favor and management certainly doesn't control that. Objectively the balance sheet, production and current drilling prospects have come a long way in 3 years and should continue to improve. I've seen plenty of poorly managed companies and this isn't one of them.
