May 30/11 MD&A OrtsboINT still only has a license to Ortsbo for instant messaging across multiple platforms in 50 languages. They talk about buying 20% of SAAS. The SP is faltering under the short and distort attacks and the sale of shares released May 13 that cost people a dime. The highlight is the "key" translation patent appl Ortsbo still has, IMO. • Ortsbo – During the first quarter of Fiscal 2011, the Company licensed the world-wide rights for instant translation
technologies from SaaS Technologies Inc. (“SaaS”) and named them “Ortsbo”. Ortsbo is a real time translation
technology for leading social media instant message platforms and the Microsoft Outlook e-mail platform. The Ortsbo
instant message technology allows people to chat from a single web site, in real time, in over 50 languages instantly
with their friends, colleagues and family using the world’s leading social media platforms including Windows Live
Messenger, Facebook, Google Talk, AIM, ICQ, Gadu-Gadu, Ovi, Lotus Sametime, LiveJournal, Tencent QQ and QQ
International (China’s largest chat platforms), Twitter and other popular systems that reach billions of people globally.
Ortsbo instant message will also be available as a commercial private chat platform during Fiscal 2011. Ortsbo for
Outlook, an email translation plug-in module for Microsoft Outlook, is currently in beta testing and will be released
during Fiscal 2011. Given the significant growth of Ortsbo including the launch of several leading translation platforms
for major social media sites, the Company, engaged the Corum Group Ltd. to assist in seeking strategic options for
Ortsbo. Pursuant to the Ortsbo licence agreement, in the event the Company sells all or any part of Ortsbo, the
agreement provides for a potential significant portion of the proceeds to be shared with the licensor.
During the third quarter the Company decided to retain Ortsbo and terminated the engagement with Corum Group Ltd.
The Company entered into negotiations with SaaS to acquire 20% of SaaS and amend the license agreement to
increase the Company’s portion of revenue generated from Ortsbo products.
