Of course I am sure you realize that if the stock price has never closed above 100 cents, then the probability of a buyout above say 150 cents becomes vanishingly small -- that is premiums above 50% are unusual and premiums above 100% are extremely rare... like almost never. So you are unlikely to see your 500 cent take out before the game ends (i.e. a close above 100 cents which would end the game).
