RE:RE:RE:same ceo n coo n cio in 2 diferent companoesIts not the question of big sky potential. Svlc of in itself will be a big winner but the management has to clear this matter out and pay full attention to one company. The issue i raised was to know what purpose does the dual position .
--What or why is the management holding similar high position in two seperate companies?
--what benefit are the managers getting that is not properly disclosed.?
--is silvercrest and goldsource sharing the same office and personnel? If yes which company is bearing the cost and how are the expenses  allocated?
--do the management clerarly think they are working in best interest of shareholders? I ask this because majority of senior manament are also part of goldsource senior management. I bet they get paid from both companies and stock options too. Btw,  fier, drever, and magnusson all got a big option at 1.68 and all sold very quickly in 2.11 or near that( guess not much faith in SVLC).

I am a shareholder and want to take bigger position and the dd i was doing got me to this issue. This a big issue so pls do not take it lightly and if possible contact the management and get answers.

Think for a second, how can anyone be a CIO at svlc and also at goldsource (just one example, there are others too) and execute their responsibilities properly? Pls, do contact the management, call them if you are from canada and seek straight answers. You will do all of us a big favor since i am still waiting for answers from Mr. Fred.
