Odd strategy of buying more land instead of developing assets they already own.  

I don't understand why they don't progess with Joffre especially with gas prices at current levels.  

Incremental production and build a base.    

Strange strategy of buying a non producing property that will cost who knows how many hundreds of thousands to get a well up and running in NOEL BC.  Since we're not seeing investors flock to the flow through and marginal company production to pay for this new venture... where are they going to get the money and when..

Stay tuned... Nordic needs to pull a rabit out of their hat.
