Email to Steven ScottHello Steven:

Fellow investors in RAM have patiently waited for an update and based on output reading for the last several weeks we have concluded you have once again run into difficulty with well 9-3 and will not even reach 55MW gross.  Since last year you have suggested that everything was successful, but reality is anything but that.

Have you progressed sufficiently in advancing the sale of RAM with interested companies?  Since the last stock sale at .08 this event has only delayed this outcome that the wells predicted output from SKM has been a failure in my opinion.  We would appreciate some honest and forthright updates so that we know you are working for the shareholder.  It's also sad to see that the only insider participating in the last rights offering was Sprott Asset Mgmt.  Could you also explain why you talk the talk but fail to put your own money into RAM.  I also see Sinclair did not participate, if insiders do not have faith in your plan how can we?

My assessment is harsh, however under the circumstances we have been let down over and over.  Please give us some reason that you are working with a fire on your tail that you have an urgent call to action.  You have payments due and I do not expect you will get any further moneys from shareholders as you did during Dec/2013.

Looking forward to reply.

Thank you
