And wait twenty years they might have to. Got their shorts handed back to them trying to take over Potash Corp not to long ago. What makes people think premier Wall and the people of Sask will accept a 10 Mil a year Jansen to set up? Remember, its the Sask gov that sets the tax rates and many other barriers that BHP could run into and have in the past. The money BHP is putting into Jenson at this time is peanuts to a company is size. They look ahead decades for ROI. Maybe Sask will come out with build it or lose it in the future. Then, that would put BHP between a rock and a hard place. BHP has many hurtles to jump before Jenson goes foreward in a meaning full way and I don't think Sask is too worried about what BHP plans are.
I think the worrying about too much potash product coming out of Sask in the forseable future  by BHP is not warrented.
