RE:?????remarkable how this company can surprise and confuse me again and again, i see now why no one responded to my question about attending the agm, they apparently havent held it yet. Sigh, if this company could mine with the level of ability they continually show when it comes to surpring and confusing me we would all be sitting pretty....
 Does any one have any idea what this "shareholder rights plan" might consist of?
