That could be a warning not to force legal action (if we have to to court anyway, we may as we'll make it big), or it could be that he intends to go after compensation greater than that prescribed in the relevant legislation, or a message to the market based on prelim discussions with gov't officials, or a combination of all three, or something else altogether. Vu has said nothing about it since, which I take to be a positive signal regarding ongoing negotiations with AB.
