Tough Eastern Canada Winter:Possible "Pent-Up Demand?Article in Nat. Post to-day, Mar. 18th, said the tough Winter (except here in balmy W. Coast of B.C.) has been delaying folks' home purchases. Hard to get "motivated" by, even getting to a destination, then later not seeing the landscaping with 3,4 feet of snow out front. Looks like seasonality for EQB hard to confirm. Having said that, we have now hit the $60.00 plateau and we can soon start grinding towards the $70 price level.
