RE:Webtech has patents.The problem with webtech was it has almost no partner or relationship in the US auto insurance sector, where the growth is supposed to come from. The fleet management they are in has low entry barrier so every deal is "dogfight" according to webtech CEO.  With tens of thousands of telematics companies in the fleet management sector, patents are pretty much meaningless.  FLYHT is in a sector with high entry barrier and they have the right partner eg L3 but the adoption of tech in the aerospace sector is slower than other sectors.
