You bring us some good points, but curious on some of your numbers. Current Liabilities appear to have grown from 3rd qtr 2012 to 3rd qtr 2013 by only $119,171 or 2.4% while Current Assets grew by $2,902,195 or 53.1% over the same period. Agree with you on legal and accounting fees needing to come down but they seem to have decreased in the last two years from 3rd qtr 2011 to 3rd qtr 2013 from $304,643 to $247,383. Hard to assess without knowing everything going on but there seems to be a lot of increased activity which could affect these costs. Do agree further reductions should be sought.
