People here have speculated on whether results were being kept under wraps, but already used for recruiting patients in a new trial.  I think if results had been analysed and ready for release, this would constitute a material change in the company, and they would have to disseminate it publicly in a timely (ie: days) manner.

from what I have seen with other Bio firms...
