The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

look what I found googling.
Some articles you posted in April 2011 when you used the aliases of Maystteler23- Bladerunner_ and 100Dollaroil and the great conversations you had with yourself.
You should read them it may refresh your fried brains from snorting all that Canacol Oil.
Just to save you the work the SP on April28-2011 was at 0.83- 0.84.
You know how to navigate these murky waters,just click on the names and follow your conversations with yourself,check your posts and those of yourself,you were a bit more sociable,you should have stayed away from cheap oil. FACT.
You can go back even further and see where you spent your money, maybe that`s why you hate Routhier so much, you lost what you could not afford, too bad !!!.
