RE:RE:Kyrgyz Government Falls As Coalition Partner WithdrawsThey are using an excellent system for a country transitioning to a capitalist democracy, IMO.

This last PM will be fall-guy number 2 or 3, I honestly lost count, of this elected parliament.  It's so fractured, they form coalitions and form what is supposed to be a majority.  Last time they just had the PM step down and carried on, this time they have to re-draw party lines.

Playing both ends against the middle is still a way of life in this country.  So much waste.  Left alone, Stans could be in production right now paying taxes and creating jobs.

Nice rumour Kettl_a, did wonders for the SP. lol  I think I am going to start posting with an accent to give myself plausible deniability. hehe
