RE:European ruling on Net Neutrality

RE:European ruling on Net NeutralityGood Morning SD,

I just read one of the reports re: EU net neutrality and it stated that they are attemtping to remove all roaming charges for mobile devices by Dec 2015.  Also, ISP's could prioritize certain types of traffic if they are identified as specialized services and it does not interfere with the other services of the ISP.  This would still allow ISP's to monetize these special services as long as the internet speeds of other customers is not affected.

My interpretation is their concern is that ISP's could slow down or block internet speeds for regular paying customers in order to accomodate the demand for monetized special services.

On the contrary, if anything, I believe that this should actual work to Sandvine's benefit as ISP's will be searching for efficient and effective ways to manage their networks and comply with the new standards.  Sandvine gear anyone?

I am far from being a tech savvy in this arena so, could anyone else offer their opinion on this issue?
And also confirm if I am looking at this correctly?

Thanks and let's all get rich!
