Indeed its great news. Yes we have no money, no sales, useless patents ( hence no sales). However we are going to lever our expertise in useless products and patents ( evidenced by NO SALES), take on costly financing to buy a big player. We are useless in managing a thin product line and getting paltry sales with that but we will manage an even bigger product line to get more of the same, which is , NO SALES.
