Let's Look At The Facts

Let's Look At The FactsI really believe that one should look at the whole picture, instead of a frame by frame analysis. You are totally correct in your assessment dinny, that the management treats us LONGS like mushrooms...Good analogy...However I must dispute the theory that Blackwatch seems to believe, in that Drake is interested in dumping DWI. Fact#1. Drake is definitely restructuring their organization worldwide. Their antiquated classroom delivery system of corporate training is totally obsolete. Companies cannot afford to have their employees sit in a classroom all day or longer whereby shutting the doors of business. Drake knows this and has been slowly consolidating and retooling their company. However it takes time....They have invested in DWI in the hope that they can use their new web based delivery system to deliver their corporate training worldwide. The ComputerPrep sale is a positive development IMO because now they can concentrate on ONE company who will be their sole distributor of their content, and they can use DWI's delivery system to deliver the content of others also. Fact#2. It has taken forever to get contracts and other commitments from other companies. Why??? Well, that's a tough question. Either they(DWI) are biding their time until Drake gets its' company retooled, of course knowing that Drake will continue to support their endeavors both financially and technically, or some companies feel that maybe they are just too small to provide e-learning over a period of several years. I don't know...It seems they are always close to a deal but nothing happens. It's like a truck stuck in the mud...However, I still believe that Drake will be their number one source of revenue down the road. In the short term they must sign at least some letters of intent with some influential companies to prove to the investment community that this NOVA system is for real. I was under the impression that at the AGM, the CEO stated that there would be more info provided to shareholders concerning developments. It has been almost a month and still no news or updates. Fact#3. Yes, they are definitely not losing a tremendous amount of money and any contract would significantly boost the bottom line and hopefully the price of the stock. Fact#4. We are all getting a little frustrated with management but who is running the show? Mr. McInnes or Drake? We will find the answer someday... How close are we???
