The General Prosecutor’s Office case is the root action which drove us to Arbitration in the first place. Had the court ruled in favor of Stans, and against the General Prosecutor’s Office,  Arbitration would have been a slam dunk more than I believe it is now.  The timing of this self serving "official decision" is very intetresting and if I were an advocate for Stans in the Arbitration case it would be a significantly material subject at the hearing a week from Monday.
