RE: Off-Topic: Yes, except if there are market makers and the market is NOT transparent... possibly Nasdaq over the counter... The MM may see that there are many people trying/willing to sell at $55, but you may not know that... So the MM can buy at $55 from these poeple, and turn around and sell it at $60...
