RE:RE:who is next medical marijuana play?not really. based on my DD the management holding 25% of the company. Dundee 14%, Pinetree 6%,Xstra .........
Harry did finance this company from his own pocket. the whole market was horrible and junior with no exceptional projects are hard to survive. El Nino did reversed split and so did many others but not all the CEOS are willing to put his own money to the company.
check the most recent PPs.
Harry Barr, chairman, chief executive officer and a director of the company, purchased 7.5 million common shares and warrants to purchase up to a further 3.75 million common shares in the capital stock of the company for $150,000. In addition, Mr. Barr is also chairman, chief executive officer and a director of Pacific North West Capital Corp., which holds 8,558,776 common shares of the company. While Mr. Barr does not have sole control over the common shares held by PFN, he participates with both management and directors in the decision making with respect to PFN's shares and so is deemed to have control over a total of 19,754,652 common shares representing 21.5 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital stock of the company, thus Mr. Barr has become a new control person (as defined by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) and holds a sufficient number of voting shares of the company to materially affect the control of the company.
if you compare this with next gen metal, N was also beaten to death but having all of these huge runs and Harry had never gave it up. he holds close 40% of N and then made everything happen and the new financing will be 50cents.
ELN should go up as PFN did. check out other so called marijuana playes. An intention of get into a new business will boost the SP 100% OR more with huge volume. like SL.VN TODAY TFR THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY. why can't the management team do the samething here? they raised the interest of the company and in the future they can raise money at much higher price. they got the right management team and attractive share structure.
