Bullish rec by broker today to me on SZYM

Bullish rec by broker today to me on SZYMBroker told me he has a price target of $32 and could take 3 years to play out to that point. Said demand is not an issue for the company for the next few years as it makes great products, and there's an established market for them. Rather, the ability to produce enough products will be the company's main constraint for the next several years. In 2013, SZYM, in a joint venture with ADM, completed a facility in Clinton, IA. In March or April of this year, the company is scheduled to begin production in a facility in Brazil that was constructed through a joint venture with Bunge. These facilities will be producing products that address a market of a least $11.7 billion. SZYM plans to ramp these two facilities to output of 120 metric tons (MT) in 12 to 18 months. At an average bulk selling price for the outputs of $2,600/MT, that level of production would equate to $312 million in revenue. As they scale up, the plants have a combined capacity of 400 MT; by 2016 I expect the company will have ramped to about 60% of its capacity, or 240 MT. That would amount to $624 million. Allowing for growth of the $40 million in sales of products that are currently being produced by the company's contract manufacturers, I foresee 2016 revenues of about $700 million, far more than enough to make the company healthily profitable. On that revenue, I estimate 2016 earnings per share of $1.03.
