For your information

For your informationI want to give some facts out there so that everyone is informed and can make their own decisions.

CTV News on MJ Injunction

First, it is imperative that you see the statement:

"The new regulations restrict medical marijuana production to commercial growers, though the court injunction does not affect the new licensing system."

This means that LPs will continue even though current licensed growers will also be able to continue from the deadline April 1.

CBC News on Lack of Commercial Supply

Did anyone forget the issue that only 3 licensed companies will be up and running be April 1 and they expected a shortage where as they would have to import MJ from the Netherlands? The injunction is just a stall so current growers don't have to destroy their current yields and plants that they are currently growing. Not only this, but the injunction is only for a for a short time. The Federal Courts says this about the injunction in CTV report:
"the impact will be short-lived and won't have a major impact"

Most companies in this industry won't even start having yields till summer and later. Other companies that don't even have licenses yet to produce could be even later.

Do what you will, but do your own DD and don't forget there is always someone trying to benefit from your losses.

Invest smartly
