RE:This is a great stock

RE:This is a great stockHere's the problem.  Management has acquired and developed great assets.  What they haven't done is kept up with their peers.   The market has become impaticient with management and the board.  They have had lots of opportunities to pay down debt and initiate a small dividend.  This is what their peers have done and by doing so have had a lot of success.

Management has been too busy giving themselves raises, increased stock options and the like and haven't been looking after the investors.  This is why the market has gone sour on LEG despite of good job they have done.  It's all about adding shareholder value.  They have not done this.

We will see blow out earnings for 2013 for sure.  The stock price will pop and then old habits will set in.  The board needs to start doing their job by getting management to get with the program.  If not then Trent needs to be replaced.
