Dhir/Gianulis want to buy Energulf?

Dhir/Gianulis want to buy Energulf? In the latest presentation from Energulf it says Dhir/Gianulis group owns 40% of Energulfs shares.
Insiders could own more than 60%.
Energulf has had a very low daily trading volume the last couple of years.
For them being able to have that amount of shares it would seem as if they have been behind almost all of the buying every single day for a long time.
We dont know if they have stopped buying.
The headquarters have moved to Toronto, they dont have an IR company representing them,
have changed staff. If im not mistaken they also had an office in Houston earlier.
All of this is positive imo to reduce costs but maybe also could be seen as steps to buy Energulf?
