This statement makes perfect sense and ICL would have no problem financing this project in house or through normal fiancial channels. I expect any lender wanting a piece of this action will have to offer very good terms and ICL won't pay an penny more than they have to. They will also not look favorably on further share dilution. This deal could be as good as done. FA stated in the interview ICL was comencing in country work concurently with lenders DD. He just failed to mention who the prospecdtive lenders were. Small oversight!
