If this is how it turns out, I will offer a hat tip to Farhad. ICL already recently raised $275 million in debentures, which more than covers their initial PP into Allana as well as provides more than enough for a few tranches of loans. It is more than they would need for a while, but it might be a hedge against higher interest rates which everyone can see must come (if only a question of when).
