The $5MM non-cash charge for the new tax/royalty/and kitchen sink regime in Mexico, I presume, represents a continuing negative, not just a one-time impact. Yes? If it is, anyone got any idea of its cost?
As to the headline accident, it is tragic but did notoccur because of an operational deficiency.
