Too much Cash and No firm Plans!

Too much Cash and No firm Plans! The share price is languishing because the market has no confidence in management.  This share buyback for a company with 500 million or so shares B4 dillution is a non event.  Further more it addresses a miniscule amount of Capital spending.  No drilling results and no new plans moving forward is the big issue.  This company has to drill and explore or return the money to shareholders.  This isn't Apple or Microsoft.  There's easily $50 million too much in the bank given there is no realistic Capital spending program on the table.

Dream Big or Small but this is not what the market wants to see.  The share price says it all!!!!!!!!
