RE:So Loosey if they are doing such a good job...?You never answered my questions Loosey.
Can you explain how in the second quarter of 2012 Nordex earned 2.6 cents profit on $109,323 of income when in the previous quarter and the one following they only earned 1 cent?
145,698 Q4 2012
107,021 Q3 2012
109,323 Q2 2012
113,308 Q1 2012
See page 7 of the MD&A 3rd quarter 2013.
Can you explain the 300,000 share options with an average exercise price of $0.10? This amount is referred to on page 11 of the consolidated financial statements for the 3rd quarter of 2013. There were no options granted at this price of which I am aware of.
The exercise price of $0.10 is extremely suspicious because it has been years since the stock traded this low.
While you are looking into that you could also look into: the 600,000 options which were issued with an exercise price of $0.45 on Sept 27, 2012. The accounting for these options was not consistent with the accounting of previous years. Yet no record of a reason for the change is mentioned.
"Compensation expense recorded for the nine months ended
September 30, 2012 was $779 (2011 - $101,290)."
