RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:JVthanks mill44, thats why this forum is a good forum, didn't know that about trying to take this private, so as I read this, it would seem to me that a majority of the smaller shareholders, outside of the Friedlands, as it could be argued that they should be excluded as they are the 'interested' party, would make taking this private more difficult than I thought.
