Northern Gateway - oil price

Northern Gateway - oil price
Here's something to pass the time until the NR.

When, not if, the Northern Gateway pipeline is built, how would that affect WCS? The price would most certainly exceed today's $90CDN per barrel, but by how much? Could it reach as high as Brent (USD)?

China would be buying the bulk of the oil so demand wouldn't be an issue.

I could take a guess at the price but it would be an uneducated one. Anyone?
