RE:Price per flowing barrel vs share price

RE:Price per flowing barrel vs share priceIf McKay is working and STP (with lots of cash) is busy installing further well pads?????? ............then yes, we can do the numbers. When and if that happens analysts will value STP like other successful E&P companies based on P1(proven) and P2 (proven and probable ) reserves........................................................................................................Transactions typically have been trading at 80% of P1 10 (p1 discounted at 10%)......and STP has P1 of approx. $900 million, so $720 million. ATB reports that P2 goes for around C$12.50 per bbl, so STP's 276mmbbl would be worth $3.4 billion ...............................................................................................................Somewhere between $720 million and $3.4 bn, the residents of Calgary would be subjected to the dubious sight of Shat dancing naked from the steps of his Lear jet with oil cans tied around his waist. ..................................................................................................................................................................... Be careful what you wish for.......maybe a more subdued rally to 50 cents and Shat might keep his pants on!
