My views on a buyout

My views on a buyout
I have made a very modest purchase at $1.63 and that will be my last. From here on in I sit and wait.  Read the posts of Neptune3 back 2 or 3 weeks ago and ytriguy on Friday. KingKyle and Tarquin made back to back posts on the same subject yesterday. Connect the dots.  Usually buyers look to establish an average price (for 20 days or so) upon which the offer (which is higher) will be based. Neptune3 did mention a pullback to $1.61 in one of his posts. At the time I couldn't imagine DML heading back to that level. He hit that one right out of the park. I'm willing to concede that Neptune3 isn't God but I think pretty pretty damned close. Remember a buyer will probably have accumulated a number of shares, not enough to appear on the radar but more than enough to adequately maneuver the share price into the desired position prior to the offer. It's not rocket science but it is masterful just the same. It’s just like docking an aircraft carrier. You do it carefully and you want to get it right. So that's my take on things.
Good luck.
