The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

Perhaps you failed to spot the 2.6 billion dollar spent on Cigar Lake. How much lbs was that again?

And about your discount-remark: of course, I know this is how the market works. But imagine if a mill does get build by FCU itself, then we don't have 11 dollars per pound but rather the longterm uranium price per pound (70 dollar or so). That means it's a 7 billion dollar company instead of a 1 billion dollar company ;-).
